I had the good fortune to work with Josiah personally, and he was excellent in his assistance! He walked me through the process of looking for properties so I could tweak the filters as I wished. He also set up a method for him to send me interesting properties that would not otherwise appear through the filters I put. Through the multiple options and shifting circumstances I found myself in, we still managed to create a proper situation for me to get a play I could live in. Couldn’t have done it without his help.

I met Josiah through a mutual friend that had purchased from him previously in the DFW area. My friend assured me that he was the best and would take care of me. A little back story about my experience with him, I'm disabled and had a serious health scare during the selling process. Mr. Ford was more than accommodating and went well above and beyond his job description to make sure everything stayed on course. When I couldn't get to the property to meet with contractors for repairs he stepped up without hesitation to handle all of the dealings with them, and there were at least four contractor visits. He made sure that everything was priced correctly and that I wasn't paying more than I should. He was always a phone call, text or email away when I had questions which was often. He's very knowledgeable about the market and uses his experience to his client's benefit. He made what was a stressful time for me and my family less stressful because he's an amazing realtor.
